- Chat Messages: We process and store messages exchanged between you and other users. These messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. Our staff does not read your private messages unless we are required to by law or to investigate a user-reported violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., harassment or fraud).
- Ticket Listings: Information and files (PDFs/Images) related to tickets you list for sale.
Financial Data:
- For Sellers: To process payouts, we collect your UPI ID or bank account details. This information is securely handled by our third-party payment gateway and is encrypted.
- For Buyers: Payment information (like card details or UPI ID) is collected and processed directly by our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Technical & Usage Data:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, and unique identifiers.
- App Activity: How you interact with the App, including events viewed, searches performed, and features used.
- Location Data: We request access to your approximate location to personalize your event feed. This is optional and can be managed in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Create, maintain, and secure your account.
- Operate the social platform, including event discovery and creation.
- Manage the secure ticket marketplace, including processing payments and facilitating payouts.
- Personalize your experience by recommending relevant events and connections.
- Enable communication between users.

- Analyze usage to improve our App, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

- Other Users: Your public profile (username, picture, interests) is visible to other users.
- Third-Party Service Providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment gateways (Razorpay), cloud hosting providers (DigitalOcean), and analytics services. They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
